- Fountain View Junior Suite - First floor unit sleeps 4 Queen bed and sofa bed. TV, AC, Phone, sink, stove, coffee maker ,refrigerator,microwave, full bathroom, adjacent to newly paved Fountain View patio. Maid service and linens included. * Connecting room with 2 doubles connects to this unit. Additional fee above.

Deposits refunded ONLY if apartment is rented to another party prior
to reservation date,
less $200 cancellation fee...
$50 charged on date changes. $50 Late fee added per month to payments not made per schedule.
