Rates, Deposits & Payments:
  • One night's rate required for deposits. Reservations are subject to confirmation.
  • Rates include 2 adults and 2 children under 12. Extra persons in the room $10 per night per person. These additional fees will be added to the portfolio unless a cot has been added for each additional person at the time of online booking.
  • Balance due on arrival, payable by cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, Discover, VISA or Mastercard. Personal checks are not accepted on arrival.

Cancellation /Reservation Change policy: The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations regardless of when the reservation was booked.

  • ROOMS: Regular rate reservation deposits are refundable when 7 days advance notice of cancellation has been given, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Mini-week or Seasonal Specials reservation deposits are refundable when 21 days advance notice of cancellation has been given minus a cancellation fee of $50.00.
  • CHANGE OF RESERVATION a fee of $25 will be charged on all changes.
  • APARTMENTS: deposits are refunded ONLY if the apartment is re-rented to another party, prior to the reservation date, less a $100 cancellation fee.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect only personally identifiable information necessary to process your payment when you make a reservation on our site. This information is securely stored in our stand-alone reservation system. No other information is collected when you visit our webpage. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Hotel Information:
  • Rooms: Check-In: 2:30pm — Check-Out: 11am | Apartments: Check-In: 3:00pm — Check-Out: 10am
  • Beach Tags: included on stays of 3 nights or longer. A $10 per tag returnable deposit is required. If lost, the fee is $20 per tag to replace.
  • Key deposit: We still use metal keys. There is a $10 key deposit returnable when key or keys are returned at end of stay. If lost, there is a fee of $10 per key.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.
  • Complimentary refrigerators, Phones, color cable TV w/ remote in each room.
  • Cribs, rollaways and microwaves are available at a fee of $10 per night.
  • NO PETS accepted - kennels nearby.
  • Cooking NOT permitted in rooms. There is a restaurant on the premises. Rooms can not be guaranteed by specific numbers or floors. All persons must be minimum 21 years of age to reserve or register. One free parking space per room. Additional car spaces available for a fee.
